πŸ›‘ I'm having trouble logging into the course. Help!

First things first: Take note of what happens when you attempt to log in. The most common issue is an incorrect email address or password, and you'll see an error message like this appear on the login screen:

1. Check that you're using the correct email address.

If you have more than one email address, make sure that email address you're entering is the same email you used when you signed up for the course.

If you're not sure, try searching your mailbox for the words "urability action required" to find the confirmation email we sent you when you first enrolled. Whichever email address received that confirmation is the email you should use to log into the course.

2. Reset your password.

If you're sure that you're using the correct email address, the next step is to reset your password.

Click here to go directly to the password reset page or click on the "Forgot Password?" link from the login screen.

Enter your email address and click the "Send Me Instructions" button. You'll be sent an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you don't see that email arrive within about 5 minutes, check your email spam folder.

3. Clear the cache on your web browser.

If you have reset your password but still can't log in with your new password, you may need to clear the cache on your web browser. Your web browser saves little bits of information about the websites you visit in a cache so that those websites load faster the next time you visit, but sometimes that cached information can cause login problems.

The method for clearing your cache will differ depending on which web browser you're using.

4. If you're still having issues logging in, get in touch.

If you've tried the above and are still unable to log in, send us an email at [email protected].

In order to help us help you more quickly, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address that you registered with
  • Screenshots or a description of any error messages that you see when you attempt to log in

Simply saying "I can't log in" makes it difficult for us to find the problem. Any specific information or screenshots you can give us showing exactly what happens when you try to log will be useful in getting it solved more quickly. We're happy to help you get it sorted!
